Face Forward founder and CEO, Mrs. Deborah Alessi is a Scottish-born business woman, who received an advanced degree in business management from Glasgow University. She started her career in the Middle East working for the Royal Family of Bahrain, advancing rapidly through the ranks to manage the family’s fleet of private aircrafts. Mrs. Alessi eventually moved to the United States to further her career and has since worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies and private individuals in selecting, purchasing and managing private aircrafts. She is also the CEO and Founder of Beverly Hills IV Therapy while being the happy wife of world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. David Alessi.

Face Forward International was founded on the principle that survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and cruel acts should have access to surgical care and emotional counseling regardless of their level of income. We exist to bridge this gap and provide these services, free of charge to survivors.
